The Apulian headquarters is located in the upper Salento and is an avant-garde structure, which uses modern techniques and focuses on the enhancement of Salento autochthonous wines. Gian Andrea Tinazzi is extremely dedicated to enhancing the soul of the territories through the use of native vines and in complete respect for tradition but in the continuous search for innovation, to produce wines as close to perfection as possible, meticulously taking care of the details. This delicious Pinot Grigio is made from carefully selected and manually harvested grapes from hilly vineyards in the Val D'Adige, one hundred and fifty meters above sea level. The best grapes are softly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. Refinement takes place in steel to preserve freshness and acidity. The wine shows beautiful greenish reflections that run through the straw color and pleasant notes of flowers and citrus fruits, as well as pineapple, peach, and green apple. In the mouth, it is fresh and elegant with delicate acidity and medium long aftertaste. An excellent Pinot Grigio, which makes a delicious aperitif and would go very well with spaghetti with clams, mussels or any seafood preparation.
