Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec to szampan półwytrawny uznawany za najistotniej konwencjonalny w całym portfolio marki, co wynika z faktu, że od początku jej istnienia aż do roku 1900 preferowanym smakiem szampana było wino słodkie.
Okres dojrzewania od 2 do 3 lat nadaje mu szczególnie bogatych pralinowych nut, które świetnie współgrają z owocową świeżością i migdałowym aromatem. Demi-Sec zniewala także intensywnym żółtym kolorem z nadzwyczajnymi złotymi refleksami.
