Particular Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 (Bodegas Bianchi)

Drink it now or cellar for up to 15 years. It is recommended to decant it for an hour. Located in San Rafael, Bodegas Bianchi is an Argentinian winery founded in 1928. Enzo Bianchi, son of the founder Don Valentín Bianchi, expanded the winery during the 20th century and now the company covers approximately 400 hectares of vineyards where 15 different vines are grown. Bodegas Bianchi produces a number of different styles of wine ranges, including Particular Bianchi, Famiglia Bianchi, and Gran Famiglia Bianchi, and it is particularly known for its "Enzo Bianchi Gran" series of wines. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (with small additions of Malbec) come from the San Rafael area and are harvested by hand. 70% of the finished wine is aged in French oak for 12 months. Bianchi's Particular Cabernet Sauvignon has a purplish-red color with deep and intense tones. On the nose, it is elegant and lively with aromas of violet, cassis, blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry, followed aby typical notes of this variety such as green pepper. In the mouth, the wine is full and voluminous, fleshy, and well-balanced. The tannins are powerful yet ripe and the acidity is lively and harmonious. Try it with roast beef or venison pie.
